About Coach

Started training in CrossFit in 2020 and fell in love with the methodology training in my garage before joining an affiliate a few years later. Growing up I did marching band as my “sport” and only trained in 5k to marathon running prior to CrossFit. Completed the CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2022 and coaching at Fairfield since it opened.

Turning Point

During the 2020 craziness my YMCA shutdown and I like many got moved to working and staying at home. That’s when I found CrossFit by searching for workouts to do in my garage when I got turned of walks around the neighborhood and didn’t want to just sit on the couch anymore. My first official CrossFit workout was Cindy because I wanted to work up to do doing Murph. Since then haven’t looked back.


My purpose in coaching is to take an hour out of my day and make it the best hour in someone else’s day. Those stack up over time and lives in the gym and outside the gym can be changed.
